The personal information you register with AMRIConnect is held by the Platform administrators, and by the Platform developers, Global Initiative. Global Initiative have their own secure systems and are under a duty of confidentiality to the Steering Group and Administrators of AMRI Connect.
We will retain your data for as long as you remain an active member of AMRI Connect and afterwards for a period of six years, after which it will be deleted. We may retain anonymised and aggregated data for longer periods.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, the Data Controller of the Platform is Oxford Centre For Mission Studies of Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6HR, UK, registered as a UK charity number 290112 and as a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales number 1835274.
The GDPR legislation gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the legislation. Please note that we will require you to verify your identity before we respond.
Under the data protection laws, data can only be processed if the processing is necessary for one or more specific grounds. The main legal basis on which we process your data is that we need to use your personal information for the purposes of our legitimate interests, being the effective administration of the Platform.
